There is a great need for gender equal boards in European companies. Many studies show that diversified leadership fosters greater success. I want to see more women have a place on corporate boards, but I am not willing to support quotas, as that is too strong of a restriction on the property right.
Instead, I want unequal companies to answer for their lack of gender equality through a mandatory written report, explaining why their boards are so unequal.
